I highly recommend Beijing Heng Cheng Xie Qing Yong Optical Shop which is located on the 4th floor of Beijing Glasses City (Shop 407). I bought four pairs of glasses (incl prescription lenses) for US$60. Only took 30 minutes to make too. Whilst the staff don't really speak English they will do all they can to communicate with pictures and drawings.

Phone number is still 6733-5745 The name brand glasses (Ray-Ban, etc.) are of course knock-offs (glasses city is not the place for real brands). But they have a nice selection of no-name Korean frames that I liked. Open until 17:45 on weekdays, 18:45 on weekends. I paid 220 RMB per pair of glasses (frame & prescription lenses).
