I drove from San Jose it the drive was a bit more than 3 hours to the northwestern edge of Yosemite. The drive from SFO should be similar. I'd add another 90 minutes to that estimate to get to Glacier Point since its at the end of a long road. So figure on 4.5 hours +/-. You should be able to use "Glacier Point Yosemite National Park" in your GPS.
