The Gavin's Point Dam area is a no fee facility. Cecily, of the Army Corps of Engineers in the visitor center, was a polite and friendly host. The visitor center exhibits included the Lewis and Clark expedition, pre-historic finds and a display on fallout shelters, including all supplies from typical fallout shelters.
