I waited for four hours and was told to go home because the patients before had complications & it could be several hours more. I rescheduled and again was going to have to wait 2 plus hours.

I was given easy to follow pre-procedure instructions, and was able to order a complete pre-procedure kit through them at a reasonable cost. That made the difficult part rather simple.
