Guthy-Renker keeps sending me product, which I keep returning. They send me bills, which I keep returning. I've talked with customer service on the phone, they were nice, said they would take care do my problem, never did. I keep getting boxes in the mail, keep returning them and am sending back another bill which I will return again, unpaid.

After a few times of that I called and complained again and cancelled my order completely. I had fulfilled my payment for the last order that I received. They stopped sending me the product after I cancelled but continued to send me a bill for $125.00. I contacted them and they said that they would take care of it. They then sent it to collections.

I called Guthy-Renker 10 minutes later after placing my order and said I wanted to cancel my order . I was told on Sunday 1/6/13 & on Monday 1/7/13 that my order WAS NOT in their system yet and there was nothing they could do til Wesnesday 1/9/13. I was told that after 72 hours I could call back and CANCEL my order and I would get my money back.

Jun 18, 2009 · i was also scammed by sheer cover, they told me it was $19.95 then they said it was $29.95 then i called today and they said it was going to be $119.95.. i cancelled the order called the bank and closed my card. they are a bunch of scammers, trying to make easy money from consumers. dont buy from them or they will scam you also.

to Guthy-Renker Axel, I really don't understand why I'm receiving emails from multiple people. I requested a 30 day supply not and extended 90 trail of the product. Instead of a 30 day trial Guthy=Renker took it upon yourselves to continue to charge my card for a product I only requested for 30 days.1/5(50)
