Then when letting Getmein know UPS didn't turn up I am told they cant now organise a new collection so I have to go to the post office, post special delivery and pay and they will refund me my cost when they send me the money from the ticket sale!!! No explanation at all as to why UPS didn't turn up, nothing and I have now asked three times!

I was starting to panic so I rang GetMeIn multiple times and they were able to ring the seller and pressure them to send the ticket Royal Mail Special delivery - I picked up the ticket from the delivery office on the morning of the event!

GETMEIN haven't provided any further details on the matter and have provided no support at all. I looked through the T&Cs and there is nothing in there that tells me I shouldn't get my money for the sale of my ticket and what I've actually done wrong. GETMEIN are unable to prove me wrong on that matter.

Getmein were happy to accept our money a few weeks prior to the event but then contacted us four days before the concert to say tickets unavailable. Offered us alternative tickets which were not as good but given it was a surprise it left us with little alternative but too accept with a small discount.
