Jul 14, 2010 · Hey Donathan, The only mwi's I have are for the phones receiving voicemail and then the red light comes on the phone. (Which is also what I would like when receiving General Delivery Mail to have listed phone have the red light come on)

In Cisco Unified CME 4.0 and later versions, you can designate a phone line other than the primary line to be associated with the MWI lamp.

Hello I'm trying to configure a MWI for General Delivery mailbox on a uc520 if possible. I read that this can be done but am not very clear on how to do this.

In my example the MWI light for extension 201 will turn on when a message is left in 200's general delivery mailbox. It will also turn the light off when deleted. I am leveraging the MWI-On and MWI-Off ephone-dn's created by CCA on my UC520- 8 user demo kit.
