Ordered Fuzzy Wonderz on 11/25/16 and paid 59.99 via credit card. After sending two emails inquiring about status of my order, neither of which were answered, I phoned the company on 12/5/16. After a 35 minute wait on the phone, my call was answered and I was told that my product would be shipped out on 12/7/16.

Fuzzy wonderz claim to have a product like the hatchimals. They also say in stock 2 day free shipping. My order was placed November 23rd and had not got to my house by the 25th. I canceled my order that day. They sent me an email saying I will be refunded in 48 hours max. It has now been 5 business days and 4 weekend days.
