Friel's suggested annual training hours. Here are the hours he recommends for each cat: Pro: 800-1,200. 1-2: 700-1,000. 3: 500-700. 4: 350-500. 5: 200-350. I know that he can be quite idealistic, in his recommendations. So I essentially want to ask what cat are you and what are your taining hours?

As far as I know the strength is training is included in the weekly hours. Friel is big on strength training in the prep and early base periods and once you get into the late base and build periods he really only recommends one 45min strength maintenance session a week. So that shouldn't have a very large affect on your weekly hours.
