The Fresno Art Museum is definitely a mixed bag of a museum. Compared to other museums, it's fairly small (you can see the whole thing in an hour, even walking fairly slowly), and displays a relatively small number of works by "major" artists (their crowning achievement is a work by Diego Rivera, who is one of my favorite artists), but the admission prices do reflect that.
