The streamline Sante Fe Style Engine pulls excited rail travelers of all ages around the park on a three-quarter-mile ride, past grassy fields and sparkling lakes. An 1880's replica miniature railroad takes a quarter-mile loop around the lake, affording a views of ducks and geese. Bring some bread if you dare (the ducks can be quite aggressive!).

Freestone Park in Gilbert was the city’s first major park opening in 1988. Additional acreage has been added over time and they keep adding and improving on this amazing facility. This park also hosts the “Freestone Railroad” which has a miniature train, antique carousel, mini ferris wheel, wave runner and more.
