In terms of Floyd's as a saloon, I have always been well treated by the desk staff who willingly provide the quarters for parking. Hey, it's Cambridge and many establishments hoard quarters. I was astonished to read so many negative reviews of the stylists and desk people at Floyd's. Then, again, it's Cambridge . . . a place to love and hate.

I've been going to Floyd's since it opened in Cambridge. I went to the one in Boston before this one opened. While I've gotten decent haircuts from many of the stylists and barbers at Floyd's in Cambridge, I've been getting AWESOME haircuts from Nick. This guy is a class act; a total professional who consistently looks to improve.

I just had the worst experience ever at Floyd's in Cambridge, MA (1672 Mass Ave). I took my three year old for a haircut and the stylist, Samantha, was incredibly rude with us. She started brushing my daughter's hair, which was a bit tangled, and instead of adjusting, she forcefully kept going until my daughter started crying.
