On our map we found a Trout Hatchery. It sounded like fun, so we headed off to Mojave State Fish Hatchery. It is a small facility located behind a community college. It was a little hard to find, but there it was next to the park. You can have a picnic at the park after you visit the fish. The place is open air and there is no fee.
