First Site did not keep their initial protocols (move-in inspection) at the beginning (walk through with renter/parent). Good thing I walked through with the girls and documented the apartment condition. Apartment was filthy. First site was notified (in writing) at time of move in and required documentation.

11 reviews of First Site "Apartment was typical low-rent, rather small, low-end carpet and chipping paint, etc. I can ignore that stuff. But the security lock on the community entrances was consistently jammed with broken-off keys that management would not fix for days. Also, no matter how well you clean, you will not get back your full deposit.
