Farescan charged me $150 per ticket to get a "no exchange fee guarantee" to maintain a credit. I am trying to rebook using the credit and they want to charge me another $159 for a cheaper flight than the orginal! I have emailed customer support with no response and their customer service by phone is no help. Reply.

They did very terrible about their cancellation/refund policy during covid-19. They try to keep your money and only refund partial while the flight itself is cancelled by the airline company.1.5/5(8)

We thought Farescan was legit until the sign popped up with incorrect English grammar - "Apologies, we are unable to process your booking and the card listed was not charged. Please contact our suppoort to processing your booking with reference id. Please call 1 858 777 6966 for more information".

Farescan Complete scam!!!! Turkish Airlines (TA) cancelled the flight due to Corona virus. I called TA requesting a refund they advised me to contact Farescan (FS) for a refund. TA informed me that I should get a full refund. I called Farescan for a refund. They wanted to charge me $1200 taxes!! I am calling my bank and BBB.

It's a simple, one-page, online form. A couple days later, I received a call back from Farescan, they gave a refund for only my original ticket price of $653.15 (took a couple weeks). On June 24, 2020, I got acknowledgement from DOT saying they received my complaint and they are looking into it.
