I want a refund, I am well within my 30 days from delivery, however being told you are waiting on the manufacturer is not acceptable, I bought it from Furniture Village not the supplier. I'll try again tomorrow then contact trading standards. The customer service is terrible.

Mar 25, 2015 · I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I've had a delayed delivery of a mattress from furniture village - it's going to arrive one week later than planned. Whilst this might not be a substantial delay, it's going to leave me sleeping on the floor for seven days.

Furniture Village takes your money then ignores you. Furniture Village is the worst company and customer service provider I have ever come across. I purchased a new Dining Table, 6 chairs and rug. Our table had to be handmade and was a 10 week made to order process.

Poor delivery service. Furniture great, delivery awful. Third order placed with them and same experience both times. Advised the product would be delivered within a certain number of days, those days came and went and received no update. Have had to call the contact centre numerous times.
