Mar 25, 2015 · I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I've had a delayed delivery of a mattress from furniture village - it's going to arrive one week later than planned. Whilst this might not be a substantial delay, it's going to leave me sleeping on the floor for seven days.

Aug 02, 2010 · Even though I would have liked the furniture sooner, I went ahead and agreed. One day before the delivery day, I received a call from Ashley saying there were manufacturing delays and the furniture could not be delivered for another week. I managed to receive $100 off the purchase price because of the trouble and after talking to cs managers.

I continue to feel that I have been lied 拉 to because Furniture Village provided no reason for the supposed delay; as if this is normal practice. This leads me to think that SALES is the most important for them not the whole customer experience; through to delivery and after sales.

Delivery drivers didn't take the furniture up the s... tairs, saying the headboard wouldn't fit despite being told by the head office to remove the end pieces. Left it downstairs.
