One of my twins was frank breech but they were delivered at almost 33 weeks and he was that was for a long time before delivery. The nurses warned me that for a couple of days post delivery that he might hold his legs up like that. Great news, he never did and he has no hip problems.

A friend of my had a frank breech baby--after attempting a vaginal delivery she did have a c-section--and for the first 6-8 months of the baby's life, she did sleep with her legs up, lol.
