Oct 16, 2015 · I was paid for all my hours worked plus and additional hour. This just doesn't seem right and I don't want to take pay that isn't due. I looked up the lunch penalty and I think it is to be paid as a penalty when the employer does not offer a lunch or interrupts a lunch with work related tasks.
