Usually 8am-8pm/10pm....so not easy hours but not crazy, but I also have time to get lunch, dinner, and it's local (and I can remote many days). My firm is investing heavily in utilizing India for support so that we have 1) 24 hour coverage 2) can throw more bodies at it since they are billed at ~1/5 US based consultants.
