One way is to estimate total length of weld and use a time of 60 seconds per linear inch, with set up time separated. For example on a 4 inch diameter pipe, I project 1/2 hour set up and calculate weld time this way. 4" X 60minutes = 240minutes 3600 minutes divided by 240 = 15 or 15 Pieces per hour.
