Sep 24, 2015 · Answers. One Excedrin is the same as one normal-strength Tylenol, a normal adult aspirin (325 mg), and caffeine. (I'm fairly sure that's the dosage, but you probably want to double-check the package just to make sure.) So you can take them every 6-8 hours, just be sure to keep track of your total consumption of each drug.

Apr 07, 2012 · Excedrin is paracetamol, caffiene and asprin. if i were taking it i would take it every 8 hours and make sure i had at least a glass of milk or food before each dose. i am not in america and our doses are different. asprin can cause blood thinning and gastric ulcers that is why the food it should also not be used by asthmatics.
