A good 2 hours was spent getting to Evergreen and we got there earlier than the advertised 2 o'clock tour time on the brochure. When we got there a sign on a gate with a chain holding it almost together said that the gate would open at 1:30, so we sat there awhile, then decided to drive down the road, look at the front of the place from the road, and come back.
