At least put a warning stating that you cannot delete a character immediately after you make it. So your name on the screen isn't enough warning before you click submit? It's 10 hours, 600 minutes, 36,000 seconds, go outside and smell the whatever, drink to oblivion and start it again tomorrow.

I realize this is an old topic but this appears to be what the original post was asking for - There's a program in the C:\EVE folder called "maintenancetool.exe" That said, I'm 99% sure when you use the windows 10 add/remove apps feature will run this itself, usually does, but I have not tried with Eve itself.

Characters have been restored before, and no, they're not really deleted. But CCP is under no obligation to do it. When a friend of mine biomassed his character, the first thing I did was reserve the character's name with an alt. I knew he'd wanna come back, and that was going to be an obstacle.
