Homeless people are most often not just "lazy sinners" as The Eugene Mission would have you believe. People need to feel socially comfortable where they live and sleep and rest. Pushing chapel to 8pm and having "second dinner" right after 8pm is disruptive to the residents potential sleep. Staff doesn't care.
