There are 4 floors to this gym, with weight rooms, a running track, ellipticals and treadmills, eI'd recommend to come here towards closing hours (usually 10pm onwards) if you don't want to be here while it is crowded. Surprisingly, a lot of people arrive here early in the morning - I was surprised at how many people Eppley can get around 7:00am.
