Mar 24, 2020 · The government of Ontario intends to extend emergency rate relief for time-of-use electricity customers until May 31, 2020. This means that households, farms and small businesses paying TOU electricity rates would continue to be charged the lowest price, known as the off-peak electricity rate, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until May 31, 2020.

ENTEGRUS will use commercially reasonable efforts to give the Customer 3 business days prior notice of the performance of such maintenance and will to the extent practicable schedule such maintenance during non-peak hours (midnight to 6:00 a.m.).
