Their EMT-B program requires 64hrs of clinical time and I'll see if I can contact an adviser to discuss the details. Apr 06, 2018 · I was a a volunteer EMT at my school for 3 years and worked 2000+ hours. This most certainly counts as clinical experience! Now, I would definitely caution you not to try to include this into your "volunteer" hours if you're going to claim it is part of your clinical work. as well. It's either one or the other.

The National Registry Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) cognitive exam is a linear computer based test (CBT). Each candidate will answer 135 questions (items).
