Emory University School of Law Externship Program gives students practical experience outside the classroom and a glimpse into the real world of law practice. It is open to second- and third-year law students. Eligible students accepted into the program work a total of 120 hours in a field placement and receive 3 hours of college credit; the externship is unpaid.
