As a cabin crew, it was hard to have a normal circadian rythm. The struggle was always the jetlag. It wasn't fun to leave Dubai in the morning after breakfast and landing in Los Angeles, for example, about 20 hours later with the local time being 2 in the afternoon but my body clock is at 1am.

It's all random simply. You could do 3 on 2 off or 5 on 2 off 4 on 1 off 2 on 3 off. It all depends. Hours are random you could have a block of earlies - 4:30am report, 5:30am report, 7:30am report, 4:30am report etc. You could have 5 lates, or 3 earlies and 2 lates. Lates can finish by 9:00pm or 3:00am the next morning.
