Original Poster. 13 points · 6 hours ago. I ended up opening all three of these wines one hour to actual tasting, with additionally decanting the Cab into my decanter. First up: 2016 Elyse Winery Merlot. Nose: dark fruit (plums), oak (the love of my life), cedar planks. Pallat: med-full body.
