My family and I went to Elkhorn Hot Springs every summer in the 40s, 50s, and into the 60s. Then there were horses for rent, fire side hot dog roasts on Friday just north of the swimming pool, Saturday night square dancing, hiking trips to Mt. Comet, etc.
