Jul 20, 2015 · El Capitan reservoir is a place where you can run your boat or jet-ski and enjoy wildlife all around you. We have spotted two bald eagles, an Osprey, deer, coyote, swallows, blackbirds, egrets, ducks, grebes, hawks and turkey vultures. The reservoir is shrinking in size due to the awful drought California is experiencing.
