Steps to reproduce the behavior: Install cuda 11.5. Build will crash due to changes in cub. I spent few hours trying to figure out if it was a config issue or a problem with cub itself. In the end, I uninstalled cuda 11.5 and reverted to cuda 11.4.2 and master builds fine.
