i tried ed boudreaux's on biltmore over the weekend. not bad food, but not great bqq. i had the sloppy swine ("applewood-smoked" pork, slaw and cheddar on a roll). i detected no smoke taste, and discerned no smoke ring on the meat. i also sampled some plain pork bqq from my wife's plate, and found the same. good pork flavor, and fairly succulent.
