Jul 16, 2021 · On June 24, 2021, Ecoshield scheduled quarterly service to my house supposedly from 3:30 to 5:30 pm. I was in my yard the whole afternoon for the given day, and specifically during the time 3-6pm, I was in my driveway. No EcoShield truck or technician came. Immediately, I informed NorthDC branch of their failure to come.
