We were told that Ebookers would contact us within 48 hours. 48 hours passed and we did not get a response from Ebookers so we contacted Ebookers again to chase up the investigation; they confirmed our incident was still being investigated so again we were told to give Ebookers 48 hours more and they would get back to us.

The automated service quoted 6-9mins wait but this is now ridiculous. I've used eBookers quite a few times before and if you don't have any changes to make then you're ok. Any support, help or questions that you may have - be prepared for long waits to speak with someone and then the customer service taking life doing anything!

Dreadful Customer Service. I booked a pay on arrival fully cancelable booking with ebookers but was charged immediately. I used chat received an apology cancelled the booking and was told a refund would be with me in 5 days . That was three weeks ago . Despite several more contacts I am still waiting and will now have to do a cash back claim
