The “Eagle Cap eXtreme” dog sled race in the Wallowas was a tough story to film. It covers hundreds of miles through some rough, mountainous terrain. We had 2 photographers to get enough coverage, and my job was the more mobile unit. But you’re not that mobile when your snowmobile catches on fire in the middle of the night, far from any help.
