Jul 28, 2005 · I wasn't sure if SP1 for Ex2003 was installed, and since we were having other problems, ran the update. After a reboot, local delivery just builds up in the queue. All services are running, everything else looks the same. It says "Retry" on the Local Delivery entry. I've tried force connection.
