When I open the Message Tracking Center in Exchange Stems Manger I can see the email I tried sending him this morning. When looking deeper into it it stats “smtp: message scheduled to retry local delivery” about every 5-10 minutes.

Mar 18, 2010 · Message Tracking Center shows "SMTP: Message delivered locally to [valid] [/valid]" "SMTP: Message scheduled to retry local delivery" ad nauseum. This only happens with ONE user, everyone else can send and receive just fine. This happens on receiving only, she can send just fine.
