Jan 18, 2013 · The user has sent a new request and we have not got the Delay report as yet but I see it still in the QUEUE "Unable to open the message for delivery." on the QUEUE for that server. That is after the patch was intall. When the patch was completed it did want to reboot the server (as per the notes I had just bounced the services listed in the patch)
