Since I can't migrate everyone to use an Excahnge at once I have a problem: When someone who has been migrated to use exchange sends an email to someone who hasn't, it just goes to the the recipient's Exchange box on the server and sits there, rather than being sent to the hosted server, because Exchange thinks it is a local delivery.
