Apr 04, 2014 · Internal delivery reports will show Delivered upon success delivering. Also note, Office 365 Exchange only keeps message tracking data for 14 days. External delivery reports will only show Transferred which means it successfully sent out from your mail server.

Aug 07, 2010 · You can set the option to enable delivery report on emails you sent from Outlook and this can be done for individual email and also for all emails. To enable delivery report for a single email, click on the options tab and under tracking, check the box against “Request a Delivery Report”. This will add a delivery report option to your email.

Jul 08, 2010 · I have a fresh install of exchange 2010. When using OWA and I try to view a delivery report it logs me out of OWA and does not display the delivery report. Ther pop up is not blocked. I do get the pop up but it has a log in prompt. Any help would be appreciated.
