    Jul 19, 2018 · Management wants the send delay to apply to all email clients across devices (not just Outlook 2013 on PCs), including phones and tablets. So even Group Policy wouldn't really help there (or would it with ActiveSync?). Is there a way to set a send delay on all messages that pass through out Exchange 2010 server?
