Here”abc.com" is a Domain name. and emails send to any user of this domain are not received in time it's always delays by 4 hours sometime 30 min. or else it gives the above mention notification.

Nov 25, 2014 · We are having some Intermittent problems where email delivery is delayed by as much as 3-4 days. The delays include internal and external email and is not tie to one specific account. I have absolutely no experience with exchange at all so i'm kind of lost. I did find this tracking information for one of the delayed emails but shows no delays.

ISP is ATT with SSL required. No internet issues and I am receiving emails fine. Once again having issues sending email to certain domains.

The packet capture shows a lot of syn/ack traffic between the Exchange 2003 server and the SmartHost (McAfee email appliance) while the messages are queued up.
