Apr 21, 2006 · Then some people also report delivery external to our company to clients and so on as slow, mail gets to them like 2 days late.....but thats more to do with DNS side and if there mail server is busy. The queues are empty and mail is going out to external people, monitored yesterday.

May 15, 2014 · I'm running an Exchange 2010 SP3 on a Server 2008R2 VM. I came into work this morning and Exchange is extremely slow and almost unresponsive. It took over 20 minutes for my folders to sync this morning when it normally takes 5-10 seconds.When I sent a test message to myself it sat on "sending 1 of 1" for almost 5 minutes.
