Dec 11, 2011 · Administrator is able to send email to User A which User A is successfully getting but when Administrator is sending email to User B the email got Stuck/Queued in Local Delivery. I have Antivirus installed on Exchange but I also disabled it but no success.

Jul 03, 2012 · I have incoming emails from mostly 1 sender to multiple users in different mailbox stores. Some messages are stuck in the local delivery queue. I have restarted the email server and also tried creating the ResetMessageStatus Reg key, but this did not help.

This can occur to an old message if the log in question is rotated (and the confirmation is deleted) or could occur for a new message if the '250' packet from the recipient server hasn't yet been received by the Spam and Virus Firewall.
