Dec 08, 2009 · I've run tests and I can e-mail to my own personal e-mail addresses, and I regularly check the Exchange 2007 queue viewer and it's consistently US Bank and Dell that are not going through. I haven't received complaints from any other users so it looks like it's limited to the @usbank.com and @dell.com domains.

We are using Exchange 2013 for our email server and Outlook 2013 for the clients. There are less than 100 mailboxes on the server. When sending an email it is taking over 10 minutes for message to be delivered both internally and externally. This has never been an issue in the past. There have been no changes to the mail server.
