First administrative group -> Servers -> <Your server name> -> Protocols -> Smtp -> <name of your instance > -> stop it and start it again. And now i can recive attachments normally. So, i think the problem is the size of the message.

Both the IIS server and the mailserver set as the smarthost are on the same subnet. Occasionally mail fails to be delivered with a 5.3.5 error, like this sample below.
