Feb 03, 2007 · I have been advised that delivery has been attempted 3 times and carded. I have asked for the dates in which delivery was attempted. On the scheduled delivery day Yodel had some issue with my address (it's a very obvious address so it appears they simply did not want to deliver it) and told me to contact Ebuyer. I contacted Ebuyer who said they would update Yodel and ensure the package ships that same day.4.2/5

I was a customer for 5 years but after my most recent experience, I won't be buying from ebuyer again. Paid extra for next day delivery on a monitor because I knew I'd be working from home that day. Item didn't come and tracking information only became available the next day so it hadn't even left ebuyer on the day I placed the order.
